Origin and material

A lighter fermentation approach preserves more of the leaf’s structure and gives the tea room to continue developing in storage.

How it tastes

The liquor is bright red and clear, with a rounded body, glutinous sweetness, clean warmth and a perceptible Bulang foundation in the finish.

Brewing guide

  • Water: 95–100°C
  • Tea: 8–10 g per 500 ml
  • First infusion: 10–15 seconds, then adjust
  • Shorten or extend later infusions to suit the leaf and your taste.
