Origin and material

Produced in Yunnan by Dayi, the tea is made from Yunnan large-leaf tea material and processed using the traditional ripe pu-erh fermentation method. Five years of maturation have helped soften the fermentation character and create a more rounded, integrated profile.

How it tastes

The tea produces a deep reddish-brown liquor with a rich caramel aroma and persistent sweetness. Its taste is full-bodied, mellow and smooth, with a pleasantly thick texture and a lingering sweet fragrance in the cup.

Brewing guide

  • Water: 95–100°C
  • Tea: 8–10 g per 500 ml
  • Rinse: Rinse briefly with hot water before brewing
  • First infusion: 10–15 seconds, then adjust
  • Shorten or extend later infusions according to the strength of the tea and your taste.
