Origin and material

The spring leaf comes from old bushes described as approximately 70 years old, grown around 1,100 m in Wudong, a core Phoenix Dancong production area.

How it tastes

The liquor brings together gardenia and peach aromas with a fresh, sweet palate, clear mountain character and an old-bush depth that develops across repeated infusions.

Brewing guide

  • Water: 95–100°C
  • Gongfu: 8 g; begin with 5–10 seconds and extend gradually
  • Western: 5 g for 1–3 minutes
