This gift box contains two 80 g portions of Xinhui chenpi harvested in 2020 from Meijiang, Guangdong, for a total net weight of 160 g.

Origin and format

Meijiang is a core Xinhui chenpi production area. The aged peel has abundant oil cells and a concentrated citrus fragrance, presented in two separate tins for storage and gifting.

Aroma and use

The profile is clean, mellow and gently sweet. Brew the peel on its own, combine it with tea, or use a small amount in everyday cooking.

Brewing guide

  • Water: 90–100°C
  • Peel: 3–5 g per 500 ml
  • Steep: 3–5 minutes, then re-steep to taste
